Ease of Access -> Keyboard -> shortcut Underline won't turn ON

    As above, enabling shortcut underlines to ON would automatically go off. Select on, and just click on another section, and then click on keyboard again and you'll see that its back to off.

    I've tried setting it in the registry too, the value goes back to 0.

    Weird...

    I'm using LTSB 10240

    Suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?
