    this could possibly be the one ya looking for:

    Code:
    c:\windows\Branding\ShellBrd\shellbrd.dll
    and maybe have a look at:

    c:\windows\Branding\Basebrd\Basebrd.dll

    these files do not let me change the layout ...

    they contain little information ...

    and unfortunately not the file I'm looking for

    want to edit the layout ...

    and also add new information ...

    I had done this in windows xp, where the file was sysdm.cpl ...

    I wonder what this file in seven ...
