When I exported and edited the ei.cfg file then imported and saved the ISO, I noticed the LBA has changed. Does this cause any issues with the image when I burn it to disk?

I don't know why it's such a high LBA compared to the original which was in the 90xxx range.

LBA is the memory offset of the file on the ISO. It has no bearing on the ISO's ability to be burned or used.

Maybe because it is now the most recently modified/moved file, or because you've changes it's position in the index by adding it last (drag/drop to overwrite the previous file)?
