anyone out there willing to create a modified bios file for us eeepc users in order to activate windows 7 without loaders.

    mine is a 1000h.

or any tips on how to create one?

Tip is..Use SSv2 with the tool. This is highest success manual mod, and thus, with the tool..

These have been done hundreds of times with no issues..

Why not use a loader? I have an Asus 1000HE and the 1.2loader did the job fine first go!

I used the AMI Tool on my EEEpc 1002HE with SSV2 setting and Dell SLICs that came with the tool. Works perfectly fine.

Because loaders are prone to strange happenings after a while. Most can be detected via updates. Bios mods are trouble free after initial config..

I used the AMI Tool on my eeePC 1000H with SSV3 and option "adjust location of SLIC". Works perfectly fine with HP SLIC_2.1 + Win7. :)
