elevated command prompt error

    Hello all,
    In windows 7 when i am pressing ctr + Shift + enter after entering cmd in open box
    the command prompt shows C:\users\Username instead of c:\windows\system32.

    the user account is member of administrator group.

    Please Help.

    if UAC is turned off it will not go to \system32 but to \your username

    it will still work elevated though and you can run any command from it. this is an insignificant bug.
