email account managerment

    we have a small company sharing 1 email account. How can we monitor the activities in the email account like who's reading the messages etc..???

    Would not expect to be cost effecive to get any monitoring software for ONE account.

    The software u recommend are not free.I don't want to cost any money to buy software.i want a free one

    You would most likely have to put some sort of application on every (other) pc that you can access from your own which then can tell you what happened on the others.
