Empty folders with non-empty icons

    I have empty folders with non-empty icons on Windows 10 1909.

    I have the folders' last file's icon even after deleting the files.

    EDIT: Now it's the opposite: I have empty folders with non-empty icons and folders have the wrong icon since they still have the previous one (the one from a file inside it when the file was already deleted).
