I'm using internet explorer and whenever I go to download a file, I get the prompt to open/save/cancel. I would like to be able to open certain files automatically without the prompt. I cannot seem to figure out how to do this in windows 7. There was a checkbox in vista and previous versions of windows that said "always ask before downloading this file type". I don't have that in window 7 64 bit ultimate using internet explorer 8. I have seen multiple postings saying how to undo this for previous windows versions. I just can't seem to find out how to do it for windows 7. Any help is most appreciated. thanks in advance.

Hey guys I found a work around. Seems that its just windows internet explorer. I downloaded google chome and it does exactly what i want it to do. Even better, you can change the settings on or off if you like.
