enable SLIC on a Windows 8 HP laptop

    Hi there,

    my HP laptop SPLIT x2 has Windows 8. Running RW Everything does not list an SLIC table.
    I only have an MSDM with the Win 8 key.

    Is it possible to enable SLIC ?
