    I'm on Windows 10TP.
I just copied a file from an encrypted NTFS folder to a FAT32 USB Key.

On the key, the file is still represented by a green filename, and that file is unreadable under Windows 7.

AFAIK, and a simple Google search confirmed it, encryption is not expected to work under FAT32.
    Can you explain me?

you should format pendrive as ntfs, fat32 doesn't have permissions

I am saying that the file is copied to FAT32 as encrypted, and there is no user interface to decrypt it.

It should automatically decrypt it if you move it to fat32, but only if you are the original user because it will only be decrypted by the original user.
