    Hi guys!

Ive installed Win 7 on my old laptop and after i tryed activating with Hazar abd Daz's loaders it reboots as it should, but it wont get pass the "Starting Windows" screen as it just reboots again.. and again.

I tried Hazar first, it failed and caused reboot loop, then I formatted and re-installed and tried Daz's. Same issue.

I've googled for some time and the only reboot issues I've found was an upgrade from Vista.

    Help!

Normally if it's in a loop it reboots before windows starts loading.
You can try to boot with this cd and see what happens.
The only thing that I can think of is that the slic table in memory is conflicting with something else, maybe this can be fixed by using another loader mode.

    CD

I've tried booting from the CD/DVD(Used it to format and re-install), and it's possible, but every repair and recovery has failed to help.

And I've thought of trying the other modes, but I hoped that I could get around another reinstall.

How to detect/fix the slic issue?

First get rid of the loaders first
Reboot with DVD and go to command prompt, type in
    bootrec /fixboot
Reboot without DVD and you will probably boot to normal Windows 7.
Use Daz 1.7.3 and you will be fine.

    I fixed it!
I tried tomhank's idea first, I just used the version 1.7.7, before burning anything out, and it worked.

I used the prompt commands and tried different loader modes . :)

Thx all for the responses! And I've saved the recovery ISO for future use :)
