i have this acer aspire 5670 series (aspire 5673WLMI). and its pre-installed with xp home edition. i'm using vista ultimate now. and my question is, what can i do to have all the necessary things to activate offline? i understand that to activate offline must have the slic table + oem keys + cert right? i have the oem keys and cert downloaded from this forum. how to get the slic table as my actual windows is xp not vista. and how's the procedure is like? and if i "install" the vista slic table, what happen to my old xp slic? sorry for the noob questions. hehe...
yup, all along i have using all the drivers from 5670 even though mine is 5673. is there any acer 5673 drivers download page? havent come across yet. and the links u gave its for acer or hp?
do i need to click the w7.bat as well? as i'm installing vista. and do i have put in acer cert or hp cert because the cert provided in the folder is hp? and this slic table does work with vista and win 7? how do i know once i flash with this, i can still use the pre-installed windows xp using recovery with any license problem? sorry for the noob questions. just wanna make sure nothings goes wrong before i flash anything. thanks again!
Slic 2.1 is only for Win7. w7.bat is for Win7 only too. I don't use Vista anymore, only Win7 & Linux. Gradius
no slic table for vista (aspire 5670) maybe someone can teach me how to do it.. any1? so i can do it myself in future... btw when will the win7 final release? now is just win 7 RC right.. not the final one...?
