What are the differences between Enterprise and Professional Windows 10 for a normal user. The only premium feature I use is BitLocker.

I thought edu is the one with telemetry level = 0

But bitlocker was the only premium feature used by the OP:)

I am only guessing about EDU, but certainly Enterprise has level 0 - it is called 0 - Security [Enterprise Only] in the Group Policy after all. ;)

    it's 12 additional months for the xx09 versions :) (18 for home/pro and 30 for edu/enterprise)

Enterprise and Education are the only editions I install for most of my customers. If they are really persistent about wanting LTSB/C, I'll inform them of the caveats and install it if they still want it. Same goes for Pro and or any N editions. I advise against them as well as Home unless they are dead set on wanting to use the useless MSDM/COA key that came with their system.
