Epileptical synthoms on my mobo?

    I've a P45-Neo-F (PCB 1.0 Rev A3) (MS-7519)
    BIOS Type: AMI v1.12 (1.C)
    :3eyes:I have this problem: When I reboot my PC, it enter in a kind of sleep state, and I have to turn off and on it to boot again. And when I turn off the PC, It reboot!
    What to do?

    ive had similar problems with a few msi boards..
    is bios updated ?
    load setup defaults ?
    test a new power supply at least 400 watts

    I've done it long ago. Power suply is Antec Power Trio 650, and I test almost all of the bios for this mobo. Is it a hardware problem?:waycon1:
