error 0x80070780: The file cannot be accessed by the system - Build 10036

    After installing Windows 10 Build 10036 I get this error when trying to copy media files:

    error 0x80070780: The file cannot be accessed by the system

    *.MKV, AVI, MP3,....

    Does anyone have this problem?
