I'm getting this annoying error (0x80073d0b) when i try to move any modern App from C:\ (my ssd) to D:\ (my 1tb hdd).
    Any idea?

maybe turn off the pc go to windows setup from there change the directory to windowsapps.old
    create windowsapps again
hardlink it to another harddisk drive and copy the windowsapps.old to this drive and see

maybe someone out there already tried this

Well... I'd found a solution in some way:
Fresh install of the latest insider build
Did login with my Microsoft Account
Works!! Can move apps between drives again.
But when i do a logout to an offline account the problem back.

    Weird.
