Error (0x80073d0b) when try to move Apps to another drive

    I'm getting this annoying error (0x80073d0b) when i try to move any modern App from C:\ (my ssd) to D:\ (my 1tb hdd).
    Any idea?
    Google doesn't help.
    Not a space problem.
    Windows 10 Pro x64 1703 15063.413.

    maybe with hardlink it will work ?

    Can't even figure out how use a hardlink in this case.

    maybe turn off the pc go to windows setup from there change the directory to windowsapps.old
    create windowsapps again
    hardlink it to another harddisk drive and copy the windowsapps.old to this drive and see

    maybe someone out there already tried this

    Well... I'd found a solution in some way:
    Fresh install of the latest insider build
    Did login with my Microsoft Account
    Works!! Can move apps between drives again.
    But when i do a logout to an offline account the problem back.

    Weird.
