How are you opening .NET? Are you running a particular application that requires .NET?

    Microsoft says:
0xc000007b - "{Bad Image} %hs is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support."

9 times out of 10 when I come across the 7b error code it has to do with a damaged file system or bad sectors on the drive if uninstalling and reinstalling .net does not sort it test the drive using something like sea tools if it does not throw up anything run a checkdisk /r

MS is saying on their site the error message means app is corrupt. That means uninstall it/them, scrub the registry and reinstall it/them. If all the apps needing .NET are seemingly corrupt, then you need to heed raph1981 and suspect your disk and/or file system is damaged.
