Keep getting the above error when office tells me that updates are ready to download. I switched to the Dog Food version and keep getting the same error. Even when after updating to today's version 12102. Seems this is a common problem as it is on microsoft's site. Bill
The error got fixed today and downloaded updates. Makes my version of dogfood to 12030.20004. New issue. After it installed it, The new dogfood version is 12103.20000 that was ready for download today. Downloaded and installed it. It now shows me having Office 365 when it starts but on the info page it states being Office 2019. I went to check for updates and told me new updates were ready. Installed them. It downgraded my version from 12103.20000 back to 12030.20004. Start Screen still shows Office 365 with Office 2019 on info page. How do I tell which version of Office do I REALLY have? The home page on Outlook looks a little different so is this 2019 or 365? I only use Outlook and Word. TIA Bill
