error 8024038 in win 8&8.1

    hi guyz
    for a time when check update win 8 or 8.1 encounter error 80240438 but with anti filter can check it
    anyone can help us about solve this error and we can normally check update in windows

    get rid of any AV crap and your updates run smoothly

    tnx for reply but i disable AV but this problem error still there

    windows 8.1 by skype and win8 by kMS PICO activated
    both of them are enterprise

    check proxy ...disable
    or
    Internet Explorer ...connection...lan setting...no proxy

    i checked it without proxy i cant check update and error but when i use freegate or other proxy i can connect and check update, i want normally check update no by proxy
