error activating vista x64 sp1

    i couldnt make a oem dvd... so i did manual steps installing the xrm-ms file.
    when doing the "then install with this command
    slmgr.vbs ilc c:\hp.xrm-ms" i get error 0x800706BA connecting to ILC server...
    how can i fix this?

    BTW after installing the slic bios i keep getting bios checksum error... how may i fix this?
