    Hi, is there a barcode software that can be used in Excel to generate Code 128? I would like some free version, any recommendation?

    I tried the excel Code 128 add-in (onbarcode.com/excel_barcode/code_128.html) a couple of months ago. It converts the data in spreadsheet into barcode image by just click some button. Just make sure to download the relevant free version with your excel sheet, such as 2003 or 2007.Installtion is quiet easy :p

    The generator for Code 128 in Excel is great. However, it is paid. I need some quality free solution, since this project is for personal use.

    I want some free versions too to make barcode in Word. I search the Internet, most are chargeable. Any good recommendation?

    Look for Free TrueType Code 128 Barcode Font in Google.

    same problem

    I once used some trial package from barcodelib.com. It is really great. But it also charges. And I surfed other websites, finding that few free but good barcode generator for EXCEL is available.

    Ya, you can get large amount of info on excel barcode, one thing you need to do is to have a comparison, hope you good luck.:rolleyes:

    Of cause there some sites you can find code 128 generating info, for the better one, I recommend this barcode genrator site to you, you can find both some free code 128 template add free online code 128 generator.

    Excel Barcode Generation

    I know an office Excel barcode add-in on "BarcodeLib.com" that may be in help. Besides, a barcode font may be another choice for you issue.

    i want to share my experience in the barcode plugin on "yiigo.com". it can be used in Excel to generate Code 128
    this plugin is pretty fast and accurate.
