Everyone has this problem and there is no longer a manual setup for exchange accounts. Your admin has to publish the auto discover records and then hope that your version of exchange server is supported by outlook 2016.

I know that, as I said I have two exchange accounts running on different exchange servers. One of them works with autodiscover, the other one no. I'm in a big company with about 20.000 employees, so is not so simple to contact the exchange department to ask to change settings. I'm really disappointed about Microsoft choices, and I don't undestand why they need to remove manual exchange settings. For now I have to stay in "hybrid mode", with Outlook 2013 and the rest with Office 2016. Most probably the best way will be rollback to the whole Office 2013 installation.
