Have only just recently noticed this, on my Explorer windows I seem to be missing a toolbar, the one with the 'Organize, New Folder' buttons on etc and I can't get it back. It's annoying as I was using it quite a lot.
It might be a little help if you could tell us what did you do prior to that... installed software.... edit your registry.... stuff like that
Not a lot really, not installed any software for a couple of weeks, never clean the registry. I do use CCleaner but only for getting rid of junk temp files and the like. Edit - NM, fixed it now with sfc /scannow although lost my groovy start menu button and my nice blue folders.
