Hi, Is it possible to export a BIOS profile from a motherboard and modify the exported BIOS file? The reason I ask is that I have the opportunity to purchase a board with a preset overclocked profile set by the supplier. I would like to keep these settings so that when I install the board it is automatically overclocked but with a modded BIOS SLIC. Is this possible or is it too risky? Thx
if its award or ami likely yes . if its phoenix . bios backups cant be flashed .. brick. if u just do the slic mod the other bios modules are unchanged usualy.
