Exporting tools?

    What are some of the better exporting tools for all kinds of things related to OS? For example, when I install Windows 10 1809, it assigns different drive letters compared to Windows 10 1607. How can I export that? I already export my profile by simply archiving all the non-OS user profile files.

    I'd like to export:
    - drive letter assignments
    - services and driver processes configuration
    - scheduled tasks configuration

    What software can help me do that?

    MS has a few migration tools like Azure theirs also third party tools like Acronis.

    Acronis I do use to clone drives, but I wanted to export thosetspecific settings to import them on cleanly-installed OS.

    I guess it would be a lot like logging-in to sync MS account settings, but account does not store the info I wanted to export and import.
