    Hi everyone

I was going to get an asrock g43twins-fullhd, while i was looking the asrock website i noticed there is no rom-only download for this mb bios, only crappy executables for dos and windows

So my question is, how do you extract the rom from that package ?

On this forum i have found a very old version done by medic911 but i would like to put on the newest version, if someone could help me i will be happy to mod it whit andy's ami tool, test and share it

    Thanks

Thank you guys, i tryed uniextract and resourcehacker atm but no luck, the exe is not a self-extracting file, it launch directly the flasher and then flash, i will try NoJuan999's method once i got the mb

I wouldn't use a win flasher for ami core8. I would make a bootable USB stick, copy afudos and the biosmod on it, boot with it and flash it like
    afudos /Ibiosmod.rom
biosmod.rom = your name of the mod.

Azmlah, Thanks for the contribution. Just did the BIOS flash to ver 1.80 for AsRock G43Twins-FullHD including DELL OEM SLIC 2.1 Table.

Now the activation of W Server 2K8 R2 works flawlessly.

Thanks to NoJuan999 the guru for getting things started!
