facebook video call problem with Windows 8.1 x64 RTM

    anyone else having problems with facebook calling on win8.1 RTM?
    sometimes i get " The software that powers video calling is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
    other times i get " It looks like a program on your computer may have blocked your video calling software"
    reinstalled the plugin several times but i still get the same errors. seems to be blocked by something inside Win 8.1

    Try disabling the Enhanced Protected Mode in the Internet Explorer.

    nope, it is something internally.
    it does not work on Firefox as well as chrome and ie11

    doesn't work on any browser. there's something blocking the facebook video call plugin.

    very curious. it seems we're the only ones that are having this issue since nobody else mentions it. i have already tryied to apply compatbility to facebookvideocall.exe with windows 8/windows7 & run as admin, but still no luck...

    Well most of the people use Skype to do video call (which I must say it is better).
    I uninstalled it and I am going to wait for a better release. I do not know what the problem is, cause I have tried countless times and still does not work.

    I do not know where the root of the problem lies.

    Use Firefox and Chrome in windows 8 compatibility mode
