I recommend fresh install and Daz's old loader option I'm a dell user and Daz old loader option worked for me.. I suggest trying a fresh installation of the OS, maybe the great variety of activation methods used missed up the system.. Make a system image before attempting a fresh install... just in case it fails and you'dike to restore.. Hope it works..
same problem here on an e520 . have done a fresh install on that machine as well Can't seem to get it to activate at all ( DELL - 03/23/07 ) You use the system reserved partition ? labeled mine z: , c + p both lines in at the same time . I got the method working fine after getting rid of the UAC , didn't help though as it still didn't register
i already have reinstalled my os.. but its still not activating plus i dont have a reserved partition.. so you dont have to worry about that.. im getting sick of reinstalling the os i've done it about 3-4 times and its the same.. i hope pros here could fix my problem thanks guys
I have (2) Dell systems, E510 and 4700. I have tried the Daz and new Hazar tools but neither works. The only act**tor that works for me is the Orbit30 Release 1.4 choosing the non slic option 1.
ohh now im feeling jealous im not trying to be lazy here.. but my brain is gonna blow if i tried one more thing and fail so could somebody tell how would i fix my problem without reinstalling my os? i want the pros to see the pic in my first post and tell me whats wrong and how to fix it.. im totally new on the bios thingy the next time i fail activating my windows.. i'll jump off the window thanks a lot guys...
In these type situations, its best to post a full readable size screenshot of diskmanager window so people can see whats going on. run diskmgmt.msc
