Feel that win10 is very heavy even the mouse move is heavy.

    Hi,
    I am using win 10 pro 1909 and i make update at oct and april when microsoft release new release, my pc is work with last update.
    my hardware is INTEL I5 and 15GB ram and SSD hdd and i feel that win10 is very heavy even the mouse move is heavy.
    ofucres i am using utilties to slove any pb, for anti vrus i am using KIS.
