Hello, all. I'm new to this forum. I have come here to learn some new things and right from the very beginning i start with a few questions. Hope you all can help. So i have some experience with nLite and i have few builds of my Xp Installation. But i still can't find a way to change a few things. Maybe you all know that in nLite there is an option for autologin with the admin account. But after if you want to make a new account and use it you need to type "control userpasswords2" and click the tick so you would be able to choose which account you want to use. So is there a way a to fix this so i won't have to do all that :) ?.
    The next few questions are:
    - Can and how can i the start menu to be a "classic start menu"
    - Can and how can i disable run desktop clean
    - Setup a homepage for IE
    - Classic view for control panel
I know these aren't big things but i wonder if they can be made automatic :) . Tnx for you time :) .

You can try customize it with nLite.

Make a WINNT.SIF and run the regfixes via SVCPACK..you can google both. I may have some time to help after holiday...

Tnx for the reg tweaks. But is there a reg tweak for using classic start menu? I have found a way but if i use it i will only have classic menu, and for going back to normal XP start menu i need to delete the registry entry.

Im afraid not the only thing i have found seem the same as you have.

Force Use of Classic Start Menu

    Code:
    [Start] [Run] [Regedit]
    Registry Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Modify/Create the Value Name according to the Value Data listed below.
Data Type: REG_DWORD [Dword Value] // Value Name: NoSimpleStartMenu
    Value Data: [0 = Default / 1 = Force Classic Start Menu]
    Exit Registry and Reboot
