Firefox googlechrome no longer connectintig to the internet after upgradig!

    Hi to all
    Did any body face such problem
    Net work malfunction after upgrading win 8 pro 64 to win 8.1
    Only IE 11 can connect to the internet
    Firefox chrome or other programs not connecting
    I removed Eset disable firewall but nothing help.

    Make clean install.

    Update your network drivers and reinstall firefox.

    Of course clean install well solve the problem
    but I can not do that because I have data that cannot permit clean install
    I do not think drivers for net work are different from that for win8.
    So any idea for other solution?

    I found the solution
    just do winsock reset
    Run cmd.exe as an administrator
    Type "netsh winsock reset", and then press enter
    Restart PC
