Between work and home I have Windows 8, 8.1, 2012 or 2012R2 on: 5 desktops, a laptop, a Surface Pro, and several VMs. This number will only increase in the future.

Microsoft says I can only install/use apps from the store on five of these. Other than using a different account, is there any way around this limitation?

Why 81 is that due to Windows 8.1? :)

guess it is the symbolic value of 8.1. No other reason seems to be logic

lol, that is great news. Guess I just try again after October 9 and see what happens.

I'll just have to pick which five computers I want to use for playing Taptiles and Mahjong until then. :)

81 accomplishes two things. First, it is symbolic of 8.1; and second, it is a huge number, which is a slap in the face to content providers who like to limit what people can do with what they paid for. (to be less hypocritical, they should also let you use your Windows and Office product keys on 81 computers but that will never happen)

Also: I think this is the fastest I ever got an answer to a question in a forum anywhere. Great work Paul!
