Fix BIOS checksum - can it be done?

    Can anyone tell me if a checksum can be corrected and how one would go about doing it?

    You need to post more details about. Best would be a link to the bios.
    There are many different sums. Also we need to know the manufacturer of the bios and what's your issue about.
