Fixed: Problem in Add LIP/LP To WIM (Windows 10 Anniversary)

    Error 0x800F081E is CBS_E_NOT_APPLICABLE which means that the update can't be installed on the current system. This happens when a requirement is missing or the installed files have higher fileversion.

    I use ADK6 and DISM 10.0.14393 version
    i mounted WIM and try add this LP to Image ("Dism /image:Z:\Windows_Develop\Temps\Mounted /Add-Package...") ?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    but look this:
    Microsoft-Windows-LIP-LanguagePack-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~fil-PH~10.0.14393.0

    x86 lp is x64 not x86 lp

    correct is:
    Microsoft-Windows-LIP-LanguagePack-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~fil-PH~10.0.14393.0

    i try x64 version (LIP fa-IR) on Wim of Windows 10 x64 , installed successfull
    x86 version have problem.

    Maybe fa-IR doesn't exist for 1607 RS1? I can't find.

    fa-IR LIP exist but x86 version is x64

    microsoft for RS1 has released two fa-IR x64

    Microsoft-Windows-LIP-LanguagePack-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~fil-PH~10.0.14393.0

    I think that is not the LP but the Language Interface Pack (the LP's are named, for example, "Microsoft-Windows-Client-LanguagePack-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~nl-NL~10.0.14393.0".
