flash bios?

    can someone point me in the direction to flash my bios. I have the files for my laptop, but not sure how to use them. Thank you so much

    Did you Rename 30D3F1F_SLIC.WPH to BIOS.WPH ?

    i am running xp, but the computer originally came with vista... would that have anything to do with it?
