Flashing ASUS Board With Older BIOS Than Currently In Board (UEFI) - Possible ?

    Hi,

    Is it possible to flash an ASUS board with an older version of the BIOS than is currently stored in the board for a UEFI BIOS?

    I have tried this using the bupdater tool (v1.30) and as soon as it checks the BIOS file to be written to the board it stops with a message saying BIOS is older than current version. Is there some sort of command line switch I can add to the command for bupdater to force it to load the older BIOS?

    Yes possible. Buy an EEPROM flasher and solve all your bios updates/downgrades issues once and for all. THis is what I did.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I would prefer to use a software solution if there is one available.
