'Folder in use!' message, I can't delete/move this folder, help!

    Maybe booting the machine in Safe Mode can give you access to the folder/files. If so: rename the directory temporarily and reboot to see if there are any issues. If no issues... toss it in the garbage.

    dont forget to clean registry after file delete with something like little registry cleaner (portable version no malware)
