force Windows Update to install new Edge

    Fortunately, it's not mandatory yet, and till now Windows doesn't install it on your computer automatically.
    (I very want to hope that it would stay that way ... but unfortunately there is no reasons to hope.)
    So if you really want it, you have to install it yourself, ie install manually.
