forgot bios password on Dell Latitude D830

Dell D830 Bios Password Locked...Need Help

Hi all, I just bought a Dell Latitude D830 from a state auction. The bios Password is locked so I can't do anything. The Service Tag is 4T3LWD1. Any help unlocking it so I can give it to my daughter who just started college would be much appreciated. Peace to all

 

when u turn it on it says this system is protected by pwd.. there it says the service tag with -595B ?

how if TPM locked/powerup lock? i cannot go through bios and also there is no error code on my hp6710b. do you have any clue for this problem? please help.

3A5B = no way, bios version is too new. use HDR recovery method to downgrade
