    Hi

As in this thread http://forums.mydigitallife.net/thr...M01H1-(Napa)-Bios-mod-is-successful-but-Fails I tried to put the mod bios files as LatinMcG gave me and boot DOS usb then type dosflash.bat, but I faced this error when I try to flash my Foxconn H61MXL-K bios (AMI).
IMO there is three possible problems:
1- When I downloaded the files in first link http://www.mediafire.com/?7pevl2vfeojdq0q they were for B63F1P02,but mine is 03. So, I download this http://www.mediafire.com/?86wxnm4f8bpc4o0 and replace BB5F1P02.ROM by B63F1P03.BIN and edit dosflash.bat from BB5F1P02.ROM to B63F1P03.BIN.
You can see the last arranged files in attachment.
Any advice if I did some mistakes in these steps?.

2- The problem is from the ram, as LatinMcG said in the previus thread,
but I didn't understand what he meant by
    ?.

3- When I opened SLIC.LOG I found at first line
, but my bios is AMI.
Is this caused the problem or not?.

    "and edit dosflash.bat from BB5F1P02.ROM to B63F1P03.BIN"

It looks like you didnt save your edit dosflash.bat still seems to be reffering to BB5F1P02.ROM

the new zip has it all.. just extract to DOS USB and boot.
read the pdf instruction in original

3、Disable ME on the Motherboard by ME jumper.

    ..after flashing success
8、Shutdown the machine, Enabled ME on the Motherboard by ME jumper. Finished that
    flash 4M ME Firmware.

seems the 03 bios original is missing afudos.exe in bios folder.. i added.

    My whole story:

At the begining I edited dosflash.bat and found some typing mistakes so I corrected them.
Then boot dosflash.bat, so everything okay and said its done ( you can check attached picture ) IMG_0783.JPG

After that, I downloaded new zip without following later steps given here.

    I end up by:

I just thought that they saved my life, but they didn't yet.

The problem is that the PC which I tried it is for my Boss, when he knows what happened he will kill me.:protest:

So, I have read many posts (few of them belong to efi) but no luck. ( I really get confused )
I don't know where to start, which collection of files that I can use for recovering, which method I can start with, what is the type of my bios (AMI, insyde, phoenix) ?
I get collect all files that I think they belong to my bios:
any one can take a look at them http://www.mediafire.com/?xfcyuv9gbl7f90b .
Also, this mod done by Mr.LatinMcg http://www.mediafire.com/?amd87ldix3qf6qp .

Please, give me any instructions that I can follow.

    But nothing happened.
    I tried the following steps:
1- unplug the AC power cable
2- plug in the AC power cable.
    3- run BOOT-USB.exe .
4- connect usb-flash to infected PC.
    5- hold on Ctrl +Home.
6- start the system while holding.
    7- nothing happened.

I believe the following steps might help you out.

    1. Download: http://www.foxconnchannel.com/driverdownload/Motherboard/Intel/Socket%201155/H61MXL/BIOS/B63F1P03.zip
    2. In that .zip file, there a is a file named B63F1P03.BIN. Rename it to B63F1P03.ROM.
    3. Format a USB flash drive to the FAT32 format.
    4. Copy B63F1P03.ROM to the root of that flash drive.
    5. On the motherboard, there is a MFG jumper. Set the jumper to pins 2-3.
    6. Try booting the system while holding various key combinations, such as CTRL + INS, FN+ B, CTRL + HOME, FN+ ESC, or CTRL + ESC

If that doesn't work, rename the B63F1P03.ROM on the flash drive to BB5F1P02.ROM and try again.

Good luck, I hope you get your boss's computer running!
