Please change title because this seems very much clickbait. This program doesn't increase the framerate. In fact there is no tool to 'increase framerates', the framerates are depending on your hardware, the drivers and how well/poor the game is optimized but a tool can never control the framerates itself, it's the driver or a software wich correspond/communicate with the driver like e.g. MSI Afterburner or nVidia Inspector (to e.g. limit the framerate to eliminate the stutter).
you made that? wow gj man i use that tool a very long time now, i dont know how much it really helps but i trust that it does, thats why i use it, can you improve it with some deeper optimizations for LoL specific i think that alot of people would be grateful, also it needs a separate and simpler interface in my opionion, again talking about LoL
