From Win 7 Ultimate to Win 10 Pro

    With the ticket trick i obtain Win 10 Home knowing that
    the Lap Lenovo came with Win 8.1 Core OEM. Converted from
    GPT to MBR and made clean install of Win 7 Ult with
    Loader and as said obtained Win 10 Home (Core Edition).
    Want WIN 10 Pro how to do? Thank you.

    Strange, I have updated a number of Windows 7 Ultimate and Professional ( all were activated using DAZ), and always received the Win 10 Pro. (All of them were originally genuine OEM Home Premium) Maybe You had also Windows 8.1 OEM Core installed at the same time, if You thought You begin upgrade Windows 7 Ultimate, but in real life was upgraded Windows 8.1 OEM Core.Is it possible, that You had they both installed?

    At the very beginning i installed Win 1o beside Win 8.1 OEM Core ( dual boot ).

    Your system had a pre installed 8.x Core activated by a oem:Dm bioskey for 8.x Core/10 Home and that's why you got a 10 Home install after upgrading with the Win 10 Multiple editions iso.

    What you should do is install 7 Ultimate again (activated by daz loader), obtain the genuineticket (or use the one you already generated) or upgrade/install 10 using the Multiple Editions iso with an ei.cfg to be able to select pro during install/upgrade.

    Of course, then it is clear why it happened. Now you may need the Windows 10 Pro activation key or activate using other methods,
    because this machine is already registered like once activated with digital license linked to your Microsoft account.

    You can establish as many different HWID's for one system as you want, i have established a HWID for Pro + N and Home + N for all of my systems.

    The only tricky thing is when there is an existing oem:Dm key for Home, then you have to do more to establish one for and install pro.

    it wooooooooooooooooooorked! The problem was that i couldn´t make a choice of version. The solution was the file
    ei.cfg.Again thanks.

    If you have a genuineticket for Pro, but the installation picks up the oem;dm key and installs Home, there is no need to reinstall. Just leave the genuine ticket file in the proper place and change to the -3V66T key, it will upgrade to Pro and activate.
