all machines are joined to homelab.local
192.168.0.20 is physical, have a folder called c:\Ftp
192.168.0.33 is vm. The c:\Ftp is mapped as network drive: ftp(\\192.168.0.20) (Z), is accessible on the vm, "can write and create files".
Added IIS, created ftp site "homelab", pointed the ftp directory to the mapped network drive. The user xxx exist in the FTP Users group in the domain controller with ip adress 192.168.0.30
When testing the site, it passes the "pass through authentication", but authorization says: cannot verify acces to path (\z).

The server is configured to use pass-through authentication with a built-in account to access the specified physical path. However, IIS Manager cannot verify whether the built-in account has access. Make sure that the application pool identity has Read access to the physical path. If this server is joined to a domain, and the application pool identity is NetworkService or LocalSystem, verify that <domain>\<computer_name>$ has Read access to the physical path. Then test these settings again.
What must be done in this case?
