    Yes you can as you have 2 PCI slots on mobo.

    Also is there specific graphics card u get for the motherboard because it not saying anything about that in the specs

    I'm not too familliar with AMD boards but I think the 660 GTX should be compatible. Whether it is compatible with other components of your computer is another story. Power supply, casing (for cooling for such a card) etc

    Now I am looking at the GTX 750 TI mainly caus it doesnt require an insane amount of power

    My only question now is what are the 2 white slots under the blue slot for?
