Gateway Lt31 Slic Help

    hi all first of all id like to say thank you to everyone who helps and even reads this ..
    I have an Gateway Lt31 netbook i went to there website and they did not post the bios file for this laptop so i was wondering what to do.. after reading alot of peoples posts i have come to a few options
    1- backup bioses cannot be moded due to the fact that its missing information
    2- try to use remove wat or daz activations
    3- find someone who has modded the Lt31 bios

    currently the laptop has vista basic which means its has SLIC 2.0
    if anyone can help id be grateful thanks very much

    my gateway is the amd ver 1.2ghz amd m processor

    found bios moded with slic 2.1 :D someone from another forum created one used and working like a charm will upload it

    Could you post a link to the slic 2.1 bios for LT31?

    Worked great for me - just had to put the Acer cert and key in and all is well!!

    processor support

    I saw this thread and it sparked a bit of curiosity as to what processors are supported with this upgrade, i'd like to upgrade my lt3103u a bit but i don't want to just slap in just any s1 socket processor and hope it works (ie. phenom quad core which i really doubt would do anything but generate copious heat)
