I've been looking around to see if this motherboard
was modded but all i could find were dead links to it.
I really want to overclock my cpu and any help is greatly
    appreciated.

The Rebels Haven- The bios workshop (forum with details on using almost all the bios mod tools out there, worth a look)
    http://www.rebelshavenforum.com/sis-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum;f=52
go there and look for AMIBCP and Tutorials for Unlocking Hidden Menu Features.
You Bios is from gateway so there probably aren't any to be Unnlocked.

    EDIT:
SLIC 2.1 Mod Link Updated here:

Actually there were quite a few Features Locked,
Be VERY careful when changing any of the Unlocked Features !!!

Under Advanced Chipset Features you should now have
    1. a Hyper transport menu with settings
    2. a NorthBridge Configuration Menu with Memory settings

And a SB Debug Menu under the SouthBridge Configuration menu
And a bunch of new items under Integrated Peripherals / IDE Cinfiguration Menu

If you Flashed from DOS with teh Included AFUDOS they should be showing up in the Menu.
