I entered my genuine product key for Windows 10 Pro and upgraded it to Windows 11 a few hours ago. It is now activated with a digital license. Could someone list the generic product keys of the various editions of Windows 11? By generic product keys, I mean those PID.txt that are used for systems that have been previously activated with genuine keys. 11 = 10 when it comes to activation. All product.ini keys for 10 will work for 11 too and here is the 22000.xxx version (in the dedicated 22000.xxx thread): https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...channel-co_release.83722/page-45#post-1671180
If that's the case, does it mean that there are no retail versions of Microsoft Windows 11 for sale? For example, for those who bought a computer in the last three years will be able to upgrade their Windows 10 to Windows 11 for free? For those who currently have an activated Windows 10 operating system will be able to upgrade to Windows 11 provided they buy a TPM chip and install it onto their motherboard?
Those who have a running activated win 10 will get win 11 for free offered. MSFT only supports/acknowledges official methods, on unsupported hardware win 11 won't be offered by them.
