German Win 7

    Please can someone either point me at a link where i can download a german win 7 OR a retail key OR SENSIBLE instructions of how to convert my US Win 7 to german useing de_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_677456.svf . Somewhere on this site there are instructions of how to do it writen in about three or four sentances . I DONT want the long playing post offices version . Thanks .

    Aninviteedsoul Thanks but there are no links there that i can find and digitalriver doesnt work anymore .

    LostED Thanks . I downloaded the batch file and put the win 7 iso and the de_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_677456.svf into the folder . When i pressed go a comand screen opened ....... and blinked at me ?

    Is your English ISO named correctly?

    Thanks guys .

    The Iso name is correct .


    I did it with SmartVersion 3.0 . ---- >


    1 - Download Smartversion.zip and unpack it .

    2 - Put the en_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_677460.iso file and the de_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_677456.svf file into the smartvesion folder .

    3 - Open smartversion and open the de_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_677456.svf file

    4 - In the left colum click on the ( Unnamed version 1 ) file .

    5 - In the right colum right click on the en_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_677460.iso and then on Extract . That then copys the converted file to the stated location .

    Next question = Can i / how can i add updates / hotfixes to the iso ?
