Last week I updated to nvidia's latest WHQL drivers and started to get blue screens. After updating to the latest beta drivers the problems went away. Maybe something like that for you?
What does it say on the actual Blue Screen? It looks like a lot of meaningless gibberish but it actually can be very helpful. For example, I got a Blue Screen which said something along the lines of IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000A Which usually means there's a hardware problem. There was also a mention of a driver, like nvidia.sys or something like that, which told me that there was a problem with the video card. I replaced my video card and the problem was solved. Your problem may be something entirely different but if you write down what it says on the Blue Screen and then Google it, you'll probably figure out what the problem is.
