Could I please get the following BIOS modded? Gigabyte GA-770TA-UD3 (rev. 1.0) bios F2 download: http download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/BIOS/mb_bios_ga-770ta-ud3_f2..exe
Wrong forum someone will move it I'm sure, but here it is. Gigabyte GA-770TA-UD3 Rev. 1.0 Ver. F2 slic=Dell, slp=Dell, method=ssv3, mod HorizonX sendspace dot com/file/ic23n2
Has anyone tested this yet? ... that's my MB too and I finally want to give the BIOS mod a try... Since this MB has Dual-BIOS I might go ahead and try it anyway, and come back to verify. Edit: I meant to add, My PC is not made by Dell It's a homebrew, Will that matter? ... I haven't done this before so I'll do a good bit of reading first. Thanks
What I did: *VOATK Tools V.2.5 Stand Alone: to remove all previous Loader bits and restarted the 30 day trial period. *Award Tool 147: I loaded the BIOS '.F3' file from (here), I used the ASUS SLIC & SLP, verified and saved. *7Loader by Hazar 1.6: just to 'brand' my Gigabyte as an ASUS. *Flashed the BIOS with Gigabyte's @BIOS software. *Rebooted *Used VOATK Tools again to insert a Win7 key and Activated with MS-WGA... "Windows validation was successful." Thanks for the files and the help of this forum. .
.. I spoke to soon, I can validate online, but get an error code when I try via the 'System - Change Key' I'm going to do a fresh install anyway, so I will try again after that. Any help would be great... must be something I missed.
